In planning to attend the Social Fabric conference, SoFabCon, I was looking forward to the themed evening parties. Last year a highlight of the conference was the SoFabCon 80’s night. This year SoFabCon gave us a few different opportunities to get dressed up for themed parties with friends. The masquerade party to celebrate their fifth birthday is one of my favorite events of the conference. Packing for the conference I realized how you can easily get carried away putting together your masquerade party attire. With a new dress and mask, I easily pulled together a great look. Thanks to a beautiful masquerade mask from Pure Costumes I made a few quick attire choices and was ready for the SoFabCon masquerade party.

Really, it’s that simple. I easily could have have worn a dress from my own closet but wanted something more specific. The dresses at the party ranged from long formal gowns to short cocktail dresses. My black dress can be dressed up with heels and jewelry or would be great to wear to a beach resort with sandals.

The SoFabCon masquerade party was a great time to connect with friends in our favorite party attire. The photo booth provided an excellent opportunity to capture memories during the fun party. Texas Type A Mom‘s Kelly and I spent most of the night together chatting, dancing, and taking silly picture in the photo booth.
With a great selection of masquerade party masks, I easily found the perfect mask to wear to the SoFabCon masquerade party. The Night Circus Venetian Mask features gold accents with feathers and rhinestones. The ribbon tie made it easy to wear the mask during the party.
I stuck to my comfort zone and wore a comfortable dress with flat shoes. The masquerade party mask definitely completed my ensemble for the SoFabCon masquerade party! What will you wear to your next Masquerade party?

What a cool mask! Nice work 🙂
Thanks Carrie! The mask is so pretty and I know I’ll wear it again. For now, my daughter is begging to add it to her dress up wardrobe.
Your mask was amazing! So intricate and fun! You looked so fabulous and I had so much fun with you last week!
Thanks Kelly! SoFabCon was a blast and I can’t wait for next year! I’m already looking forward to booking our room together!
