Sometimes getting our family out the door in the morning is the most challenging part of my day. I work early in a preschool classroom and my sleepy head daughter isn’t always excited to wake up early to get ready for school. Breakfast is such an important meal for children and I try my very best to make sure my family isn’t rushed while eating their first meal of the day. New Tyson® Day Starts™ sandwiches makes it easy to get your family to sit down together for breakfast before heading off to work and school.
Our family enjoys meals with Tyson Foods products regularly and I’m excited to see a new breakfast item. Last year my daughter’s favorite quick morning meal was breakfast bread bowls. She’s also a big fan of the gluten-free chicken mac and cheese I made using Tyson Foods products. I recently purchased two different Tyson® Day Starts™ sandwiches to serve for breakfast during our busy weekly mornings. The reduced fat sausage, egg & cheese biscuit sandwiches and the southern style chicken breast biscuit sandwiches sounded delicious.
The sandwiches are wrapped individually and take less than two minutes to prepare in the microwave. You can easily prepare an entire family breakfast or just one for yourself. The sandwiches can be refrigerated in the packaging for up to an entire week but I preferred to leave the box in the freezer.
The soft warm biscuits tasted wonderful just minutes out of the microwave.
The southern style chicken breast fillet biscuits were another family favorite. The chicken tasted great and offered a completely different breakfast experience than the traditional sausage, egg & cheese variety.

Of course I would prefer to be baking homemade biscuits every morning with my grandmother’s recipe while planning a wonderful day at home with my daughter. But while life is getting in the way of being that perfect homemaker, I’m happy providing my family with a great start to their day. My daughter’s favorite breakfast sandwich is the southern style chicken breast fillet biscuit.
