After almost a full year of FROZEN fun in our house, my daughter still just can’t seem to get enough. We met Anna and Elsa at Disneyland and have seen the princesses making appearances at friends’ birthday parties all year. My daughter sings “Let It Go” hundreds of times a day, pretends to be Elsa everywhere we go, and loves to read her favorite FROZEN books before bedtime. We saw the movie in the theater a dozen times and even went to see the FROZEN sing along. We’ve painted our nails, made DIY FROZEN shirts, and even celebrated her last birthday with FROZEN. Her room is decorated in Disney Princesses and I knew she would love the addition of a DIY FROZEN message board. Our cute message board features Elsa but with the FROZEN wall decals you can make the DIY FROZEN message board with any of the characters. The board is the perfect place to leave reminders for school.
DIY FROZEN message board tutorial
Supplies:
- repositionable chalkboard wall decal
- FROZEN character wall decals
- scissors
- chalk markers
You first need to decide which FROZEN character will be the star of your message board.
Use a printed speech bubble image as a guide for cutting the chalkboard decal.
Cut the chalkboard decal using the speech bubble pattern. Peel the backing from the decal and place it next to your favorite FROZEN character decal. Then use the chalk marker to write a message.
The DIY FROZEN message board is on my daughter’s closet door so it’s the first thing she sees when she is getting ready for school in the morning. Today she had a special reminder from Elsa to wear her tennis shoes for P.E. I plan to use the message board to leave cute notes and also reminders for everything she would much rather hear from a princess than her mommy.
The FROZEN wall decals featured in this #CollectiveBias #FROZENfun post were purchased from Walmart.
