My blog organization binder is where I keep all of my spreadsheets and documents to help me stay organized. Part of being organized is knowing where to focus my efforts. Time management is critical because I want to get the most out of my efforts. I like to see my social media growth weekly and be able to cross reference my efforts and determine which methods are working. Each week I also record my social media stats on my month in review document. I use my financial documents shared in tips and free printables to keep your blog organized {part 1: income, expenses, and sales} to fill in the data at the end of each month. Comparing month to month is easy when I have all the information in the same place! Last on the month in review document is adding my pageviews. A great month represents methods that worked and alternatively, I’m able to adjust my action plans when I notice a trend with my stats moving in the wrong direction.
I spend less than 10 minutes each week filling in the spaces on the review document.
