Getting closer to Valentine’s Day means we are starting to pull out some of our favorite recipes for pink treats. My daughter and I made strawberry cookies baked with Nesquik this weekend and will definitely be baking more to share at her preschool Valentine’s Day party!
- 2 C flour
- 1/4 TSP baking soda
- 1/2 TSP salt
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C Strawberry Nesquik
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix softened butter, sugar, Nesquik, and vanilla in bowl. Mix in eggs one at a time and set aside. In separate bowl stir flour, baking soda, and salt together.
Stir wet and dry ingredients together to make cookie dough. Drop dough by spoonful onto baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Dough does not spread and cookies will appear raw. Use the back of a spoon to gently press down the middle of each cookie. Bake for additional 8-10 minutes.
Let cookies cool and then decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
Enjoy your strawberry cookies baked with Nesquik or share with friends!
