One fish, two fish, pink fish or blue fish? It’s a…(gender reveal)

November 8, 2014 By: Heather11 Comments

Since announcing our baby news, I’ve been counting the days to our ultrasound appointment to find out the gender of the baby. My husband, who is 99% more intuitively correct  than I, my daughter, and relatives all were sure we were having a baby boy. Out of simple defiance, I decided we were having a girl. We truly did not have a preference and just hoped for a healthy baby at the ultrasound but the gender reveal certainly was exciting news. One fish, two fish, pink fish or blue fish?

Just hours after our ultrasound appointment, I ordered the cutest gender reveal scratcher cards from Enchanting By Design. The tiny cards were the perfect way to share our news with friends and family.

So, are you ready to scratch with me?

Expecting my husband to have guessed correctly I was surprised when we learned we were having another baby girl. We shared the news with my daughter after she came home from kindergarten that day. She also expected to hear opposite but couldn’t be more excited!

Now the fun really begins….preparing for another pretty princess to join to our family.

She sure is! She has already told us the jobs she’ll tackle and the things she won’t do. Diapers are definitely not on her list. But she has big plans for everything else!
