April is a busy month in our house so the Easter bunny is already getting started on her holiday treats. Our daughters will be excited to wake up and find their baskets then spend the day with family and friends. Favorite treats like new DOVE® peanut butter eggs and M&M’s® white chocolate exclusively at Walmart will be a special surprise for our guests. We’ll also be serving yummy Easter White Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake Cups. The pastel layers of cream cheese filling, M&M’s®, and whipped topping make this treat extra sweet and perfect for a special delivery from the Easter bunny.
Easter White Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 1 C heavy cream
- 1 C M&M’s® milk chocolate
- 1 C M&M’s® white chocolate (NEW Walmart exclusive)
- gel food coloring pastels
- whipped topping
Prepare graham cracker crust by melting butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. This classic crust does not need added sugar for the Easter no bake cheesecake cups. Press crust into bottom of clear plastic cups.
Chop M&M’s® white chocolate and top crust in each cup.
Prepare no bake cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar and cream with mixer.
Fill piping bags with cream cheese filling then add gel food coloring. Mix color by gently squeezing outside of bag.
Layer colored cream cheese filling in no bake cheesecake cups. Our cups are blue, purple and white but you can use any pastel colors for the festive Easter dessert.
Top cheesecake filling with a layer of M&M’s® milk chocolate and whipped topping.

These are super cute. I adore cheesecake but it is so time consuming to make. A no-bake recipe sounds fantastic and I also really like the idea of putting them in cups. Great for portion control and you can see all the fun spring colors.
