We are celebrating all week in my classroom to honor the birthday of Dr. Seuss. I’m also having a lot of fun with the festivities at home. My four year old daughter is loving all the birthday treats we are getting this week! Today our morning began with Dr. Seuss waffles.
Homemade waffles would be ideal, but because we are also learning about the letter S at school this week, I used frozen Eggo limited edition s’mores waffles. This festive breakfast is extremely quick to make and uses just a few ingredients: waffles, whipped topping, and sprinkles.
Top the waffle with whipped topping and then add sprinkles. Continue adding layers of whipped topping and sprinkles until a top hat is formed.
