Today I’m bringing six dozen Dr. Seuss themed cookies to share with the school where I work. I have seen so many amazing and ridiculously cute versions of these cookies. I didn’t have hours to spend in the kitchen this morning so I put together a really quick version.
All you need is cookies and frosting to create these yummy treats.
With more time I probably would have made my own cookie dough. This morning I used ready to bake.
The cookies had my kitchen smelling like a bakery!
I completely covered the cookies with white frosting and then added a green spot in the middle. One of my favorite things about working at a preschool is my audience – four and five year olds don’t notice when your cookies aren’t frosted perfectly!
