Both my daughters have many different interests and traditional gender roles have never stood in the way of their playtime. My girls equally love pink frilly dresses and stomping through the mud with trucks. Monster Jam® Phoenix is coming to the University of Phoenix Stadium February 3 so I made my daughters monster truck shirts to wear to the event and surprised them with tickets. Our first time attending the action packed show with complimentary tickets will be awesome and my daughters are excited to wear their new shirts!
We have a house full of glitter, dress up clothes, makeup and hair accessories. But our play room is also full of everything else from art supplies to army men toys and cars. My pretty girls love a fun spa at home only to go and jump in the mud with their pretty pampered feet.

Dressing up like princesses and playing with her monster trucks and Hot Wheels PlayTape (affiliate link) are equal favorite play activities. “Vroom vroom” with a cute little pony tail and pink tutu makes my momma heart happy.
Little sister’s new “princesses and monster trucks” shirt is a favorite and truly captures her very big personality.

Do you have daughters that love playing with monster trucks too?
That is totally adorable! I love exposing my daughter to what’s considered “boy” things!
Heck yes! I saw the purple glittery one on your Facebook and seriously I am just loving all of your photos. Of course girls can love monster trucks! Heck yes!
I love the shirt that she wears its so beautiful, I wish I can have one but in teen size.
I love love the tshirts you made! So awesome. We bought monster truck tickets for my nephew to go and I am so excited for him to get to see it. We won’t be with him but I hope he’ll enjoy the experience.
LOVE the shirts!! #Totsadorbs! My thoughts when my kids were younger is that once they are older there will be so much influence from “everyone” else, that they could have whatever toy they wanted!
Oh my cuteness!! These are adorable and so much fun! We go almost every year to Monster Jam and love it more each time. It’s fun for the entire family. I hope you enjoy the show!
I was such a girly girl growing up. But I still loved hot wheels and action heroes. And I loved playing outside and getting dirty. I love the Monster Truck shirt vinyl.
oh this is so adorable! Tiara’s and trucks! What a cute t-shirt. So many possibilities with the cricut!
It is so cool how many things you can create with a Cricuit. My daughter loved dolls AND trucks.
love love love this idea!!!
This is so stinking cute! I love that they have multiple interests. It reminds me of me and my brother as kids playing together. He played Barbies with me, and I played Ninja Turtles with him!
How neat and easy are those? I’m not creative at all but I think I might be able to pull that off!
I love the shirt! My nieces would love these for sure! I may have to make them some for birthdays this year.
This is beyond cute! I wish I had a daughter to dress in glitter and girly things, but I have 3 wonderful boys. They love monster trucks 🙂
That t-shirt is rad. You can absolutely be girly and love your monster trucks. It’s one of the perks of being a girl in today’s world, you can do and be into whatever makes you happy.
Your daughters have got such great taste!! I love that you’re exposing them to all different activities and letting them choose what they like.
my husband and I were just talking about going to Monster Jam next time it was near us! I am so in love with that shirt and I think my daughter would love it! She is a girly girl too but loves fast cars and helping daddy work on the race cars in the garage lol
