Fourth of July has always been a favorite holiday in our home. Family barbecues, watching fireworks, and sparklers to end the night is something we look forward in the summer. Our Fourth of July dinner this year will include my very easy to make strawberry blueberry shortcake recipe and a few other red, white, and blue dishes. I’ve created a collection of Fourth of July dessert recipes on Foodie to add some festive treats to the holiday.
