Although we are a six hour road trip away from Disneyland, we find ourselves there frequently. Our oldest daughter was just under a year for her first visit and her little sister was only four months old the first time she met Mickey Mouse. Our last spring break visit to Disneyland included many stops to chat with characters and Disney Princesses. Almost two year old little sister had so much fun hugging Minnie and twirling with Belle.
Now that she’s old enough to remember her park visits she asks to go back often. Every morning usually starts with requests to see her favorite Disney Princesses, the beach or SeaWorld. She hasn’t quite grasped that getting to any of those places can’t be a morning of request – unless her daddy is feeling extra adventurous. We’ve actually driven to Southern California many times after spending half an hour packing and convincing ourselves a spontaneous weekend road trip was a great idea – when is it not a good idea for an unplanned road trip to Disneyland? But what happens when your sweet two year old daughter is asking to see Disney Princesses and we can’t go to Disneyland for the weekend? Disney on Ice is the next best way to see all your favorite Disney Princess in one place. Disney on Ice presents Dream Big in Phoenix April 13 – 16 and we’ll be the first in our seats with two girls very excited to see their favorite princesses!
