The new DownEast Home in Mesa Arizona is celebrating their grand opening March 28, 2014. I visited the store the evening before the opening and was impressed by the selection of home goods and furniture. The store is full of unique pieces that could happily redecorate my entire home. The pretty home goods, clothes, and accessories provide an eclectic changing collection at great low prices for a fun shopping experience.
I enjoy shopping at the DownEast Home store in Gilbert regularly and always seem to find something that makes its way back to my home. Although I’ve never purchased furniture, I have a long wish list each time I visit. Each furniture piece is staged beautifully in the Mesa store. You just might want to grab a book and sit for awhile enjoying each area. The retro collection reminded me of my husband’s grandfather’s New York apartment. The furniture might even be exact replicas of some of his pieces.
The large selection of kitchen and dining room tables just might have you planning a makeover soon. I couldn’t stop thinking about the beautiful wood tables when I left the store.
The bedroom furniture is also where you’ll want to spend considerable time dreaming of sleeping in a new bed.
The kids section is full of furniture, monogrammed backpacks, and other fun decor.
I enjoy shopping DownEast Basics clothing stores for my daughter and myself. Whether it be fall, winter, spring, or end of summer shopping, we always find new favorite clothing items. The DownEast Girl collection in the Mesa store had adorable pieces for my daughter.
Like all DownEast Basics stores, the clothing clearance section is stocked full of last chance finds at great prices.
The fully styled sections by color will help you pick out a new spring wardrobe and get ready for swim season! The boys won’t feel left out either with a Mens section to keep them busy while you shop.
In addition to clothing, you’ll find some great priced accessories too.
Disclosure: I have a great relationship with DownEast Basics and DownEast Home but was not compensated for attending the pre grand opening event. All opinions are my own.
