I love the opportunity to get to meet local book authors. It’s even more fun when it’s at a 1920’s themed book release party!
The very talented E.K. Prescott will be celebrating the release of her mystery novel, The Ivy League Chronicles: 9 Squares, with a fun 20’s theme party at a local bookstore in Surprise, Arizona March 28, 2013.
“This will be an exciting evening for everyone,” promises Dr. Prescott. “There will be a Roaring Twenties costume contest, a local trio, The Barry Patch, will wow us with ageless music treasures, and psychic Chereise Pike, Ph.D., will bring one of my characters to life!”
Dr. Prescott will be dressed in her Roaring Twenties black beaded dress in honor of the 9 Squares time period, The Golden Age. She will also discuss and sign copies of her book.

Dr. Chereise Pike will conduct a free, five-minute psychic reading for everyone who purchases a copy of 9 Squares.
Light appetizers will be served. For those wishing dinner, Birt’s Bistro offers casual light fare, including beer and wine for purchase.
