Every mom deserves a break. Whether you are working outside of your home, from home, or just being mom, motherhood is not easy. Last weekend I went on a little mommy break with close friends. I am an overachieving mom. I wanted my daughter out of diapers before she was two, reading by four, and definitely not sitting  in a stroller at five. Sometimes it  takes a funny mishap, like your daughter peeing on her daddy's head at Disneyland, to take a step back and realize maybe it is okay to push a five year old around in a stroller! We officially survived our first week back to school. My daughter was so excited to start kindergarten this week. Today is my daughter's very first day of kindergarten. She has been so excited all summer and couldn't wait to get ready for school this morning.
