Moving into a new home eight months ago gave me the opportunity to really focus on my ultimate dream kitchen. LG’s exclusive Matte Black stainless steel combines the timeless look of stainless steel with a luxe & low-gloss matte finish that compliments any kitchen décor. My husband and I have lived in three homes since the last time we purchased a black refrigerator. Our new home interior has a grey and white kitchen with black accents throughout the house. Matte black appliances are an excellent choice aesthetically but it’s the new technology that is most appealing. The new LG Smart Kitchen appliances are wi-fi and voice-enabled so you can control your appliances remotely including changing settings, checking statuses, and even turning on or off. I imagine myself playing outside with my daughters and checking in on the time left in the oven through the connected SmartThinQ app. You can easily use the voice-enabled demands hands free while you’re multitasking in the kitchen like asking for the ice maker to turn on while you’re prepping appetizers for your dinner party.

LG Smart Washers and Dryers
The new LG washers and dryers with SmartThinQ® technology were at Mom 2.0 too. The pair will change the way you do laundry with the ability to start and stop wash cycles remotely, get updates when laundry is done, and even receive reminders about scheduled maintenance. Use the voice-enabled technology to ask how much time is left on cycles or receive a notification through the app when your wash cycle has finished.

LG products are really of good quality. We too use a lot of the LG range. Our refrigerator is from LG too and so is our television set.
I’ve updated my appliances in the last year and I love them! Although…I’m not using their smart capabilities much. I need to get out the manuals and figure them out!!

LG makes some pretty crazy appliances. I love the smart technology incorporation with some of them.
