Being a mom working out of the house in addition to working in my home office countless hours each week means I have to get creative when it comes to dinner recipes. I pin so many recipes full of beautiful photos but most times discovering the time necessary in the kitchen to prepare the meals is disappointing. I make time to prepare meals for my family every night but sadly that time is usually less than an hour away from my home office, household duties, after school activities, and errands. With the help of Foodie, I’ve put together a collection of dinner recipes with quick prep time. The recipes vary and the collection includes crock pot dishes, salads, and ideas for grilling.
A few of our family favorites including slow cooker tomato and brown sugar pork chops are included in the collection.
Whether it’s spending 20 minutes in the kitchen with my daughter or sending my husband outside to grill, I’ll be turning to some of these recipes during the week.

Disclosure: My “dinner recipes with quick prep time” recipe collection is part of a sponsored post by Foodie. I personally selected each recipe to be added to the collection. All opinions and ideas are entirely my own.
