I was recently contacted by Cardstore to share their easy card making process. They have personalized cards for every occasion and I knew just what I was going to create. Being a preschool teacher, I’m so appreciative of all the sweet gifts I receive from students and parents. I always give a thank you card and am looking forward to using the cards I made at Cardstore. My photo and signature make these cards quick to address and give an extra personal touch.
I have used Cardstore many times before to make personalized cards. The easy process makes shopping for a card fun and quick. Begin by logging in to your personal account at Cardstore.com. Signing up is free and easy.
After you’ve signed in you can manage your account by updating your address book and personal profile. You can also access projects you started or your favorite cards that were saved for later. The order history page is where you can easily reorder previous cards and see the status of your most recent order.
With so many cards and features to personalize, each experience is unique. I knew I wanted to make myself something I would use in my classroom but wasn’t sure if I wanted stationary or a set of thank you cards.
I began browsing the stationary first. I loved all the options and know I’ll be returning to make gifts later.
Then I looked through the thank you cards. You can easily refine the search options to find exactly what you’re looking for.
I found the perfect thank you cards to use in my classroom. The photo card with speech bubble allowed me to change the text in the bubble and add my own photo.
I changed the text to a simple “Thank you!” and uploaded a personal photo.
Then I signed my name in the signature. I left the message area blank because I was planning to order an entire set of the same card. If you are making an individual card, it’s easy to add a personal message to the recipient.
Lastly, I chose the mailing option. Cardstore will mail your cards to you with blank envelopes or you can choose to have your cards sent directly to the recipient on your behalf. The shipping cost is included in the order price and your return address will appear on the shipping label. Sending a personalized card has never been easier!
I placed my order and received an email advising me my order had shipped just a couple of days later.
The pretty package with my thank you cards arrived quickly. The festive box had me excited to start using my cards.
The cards looked exactly as I designed them online. Earlier in the week a student’s mother had given me a holiday candle. The gift was the perfect reason to use one of my new thank you cards.
The thank you cards would make a great gift for teachers. You could also personalize one of the cards with out a photo by adding the teacher’s signature.
I no longer spend hours making handcrafted cards because I have just as much fun creating a personalized card from Cardstore.
Last year I created our family holiday card at Cardstore. I ordered a set shipped to my home to hand deliver to local friends and neighbors. Then I added all my contacts from our holiday card list into my Cardstore address book and had them shipped directly to friends and family. In just under an hour I designed our holiday card and sent them to our entire contact list. The process saved me so much time and the cards were beautiful!
