I feel like Valentine’s Day snuck up on me this year. I’ve been working on fun valentines for my daughter to give to her begindergarten classmates but I had not yet completed valentines for my own pre-k students yet. Yesterday I came up with a very inexpensive and quick valentine to share with my students.
I purchased a box of donuts from the grocery store and found Valentine snack bags at the dollar store. I created the bag topper and simply folder it over the top of the treat bag. I secured the topper with a staple on each side.
If you would like to make your own, simply click on the image below, copy, and paste into your own document. You can personalize the valentine by having your child write their name next to the heart.
Depending on the size of your bags you may need to make the image smaller or larger. Be sure to leave equal space above the writing when you print so it can be folded over the bags. I printed mine directly onto pink construction paper.
Frugal and quick projects are my favorite!
