Our family visits Disneyland frequently and have so many different favorite restaurants in the park. Between my husband, my daughter, and myself we usually take turns getting to decide where to eat lunch. A favorite location we all agree on is Disneyland’s Hungry Bear Restaurant.
The restaurants is located in Critter Country and blends in with the beautiful forest backdrop.
The two-story shaded terrace offers a great place to sit and relax in the shade while enjoying a tasty meal and waterfront view.
The menu has a variety of burgers and sandwiches. The restaurant also offers a few options for children including a nutritious kid’s power pack.
My favorite meal when eating at the Disneyland’s Hungry Bear Restaurant is the turkey and provolone sandwich.
Depending on where you sit at the restaurant, you will have great views of the banks of the Rivers of America. My daughter enjoys watching the ducks in the water and sometimes sees squirrels climbing the trees. You might even see the Mark Twain Riverboat, the Sailing Ship Columbia, or Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes go by in the water.
If you sit on the other side of the restaurant, you will get a great view of Splash Mountain.
The shade and quite sounds of the water make this restaurant the perfect place to rest with children.
