Our family does not eat out regularly but Chick-fil-A is one of our preferred restaurants when we are looking for a quick meal. It’s also one of my favorite locations for an indoor play date with other mommies and kiddos because of the clean play areas and incredible customer service. Last year my husband and I changed our eating habits and lost weight together. We have done our best to maintain our healthy habits to avoid gaining back the extra weight. It’s definitely difficult to make healthy choices when eating out. I was very happy to learn about the new healthy dining options at Chick-fil-A.
I recently attended Mom Endeavor’s salad tasting party at a local Chick-fil-A. We were given the opportunity to learn about what Chick-fil-A is doing to provide healthy dining options. I have found that most salads I previously believed to be healthy are packed full of unhealthy ingredients with excessive calories. All of the new salads at Chick-fil-A have premium fruits and vegetables and are under 430 calories.
I tasted all three of the new salads and had a very difficult time calling just one a favorite.
All three of the salads offer different ingredients.
Market Salad – romaine lettuce, whole chicken breast, strawberries, baby field greens, red and green apples, blueberries, blue cheese, red cabbage, and carrots. Served with the new zesty apple cider vinaigrette dressing.
May I please know what the costs of the salad are?
