Today is my daughter’s last day of preschool before summer break. I made a little “happy summer” gift for the director of the school and my daughter’s teacher. Who couldn’t use a little Crystal Light Mocktail after teaching all year? I just recently discovered this drink and love it! The virgin drink comes in a few different flavors but the margarita seemed most appropriate for summer.
I put the Crystal Light container with tissue paper in a big plastic margarita glass. I used a scallop punch to make a “happy summer” tag then tied it onto the glass with ribbon.
