Strawberry Cookies baked with Nesquik

Getting closer to Valentine’s Day means we are starting to pull out some of our favorite recipes for pink treats. My daughter and I made strawberry cookies baked with Nesquik this weekend and will definitely be baking more to share at her preschool Valentine’s Day party!

Stir wet and dry ingredients together to make cookie dough. Drop dough by spoonful onto baking sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes. Dough does not spread and cookies will appear raw. Use the back of a spoon to gently press down the middle of each cookie. Bake for additional 8-10 minutes.

Let cookies cool and then decorate with frosting and sprinkles.

  2. I used 1 1/2 cups of flour so the cookies didn’t come out dry and I added white chocolate chips to it. They taste amazing!!

  3. I was making these for a cookie swap and didn’t want the frosting on top so I made these without the frosting and added about a cup of vanilla chips in them. Also I saw the reviews about too much flour so i put a little more than 1 1/2 cups of flour instead of the 2 cups it called for. I think my review is good to know since others posted about doing it this way.. these were good but nothing special the way I did them.. I think adding the frosting on top would of pushed these cookies into the OMG delish category so I plan on making them again and following the recipe as written to see how they come out. Love the idea of using the strawberry quick!

  4. These taste great but mine turned out a golden brown color and not that sweet. I wish I had read the reviews and used less flour because they are a little dry, but taste good over all.
