Essential Oils introduction to managing your families health (giveaway)

When I first heard of essential oils as a means to compliment medical treatments I was skeptical. Really skeptical. But the more I read and heard first hand accounts from friends I considered exploring an essential oils introduction. The oils can be used aromatically, topically, or internally and with so much educational information available, I felt quite overwhelmed when I began my journey to learn more. Then I had a consultation with Live Well with Adele and felt completely comfortable exploring the many different uses of oils.

Adele regularly teaches classes and offers consultations but also provided me with the Modern Essentials book and guide to essential oils for maternity. Currently pregnant and having no previous personal experience with essential oils, the educational materials were excellent resources. I learned there are many safe oil options while pregnant, nursing, and even for newborns.

Therapeutic oils have been used as a means to improve overall health and treatment of many everyday illnesses for many years but it wasn’t until 2008 that dōTERRA® began offering therapeutic-grade essential oils and other healthy living products while providing education through wellness advocates. As a healthcare professional with experience in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care of Adults and Intensive Care of Newborn babies as a respiratory therapist, Adele began her journey with dōTERRA because she saw firsthand the powerful benefits of essential oils. She provided me with the +Family Physician Kit to help me get started and experience the benefits in my home.

With 10 different oils I was excited to begin learning about all their benefits. The top of the box clearly explains the use of each oil and different application methods. By cross referencing the Modern Essentials book and essentials oils for maternity guide I was able to start immediately using the oils. The guide included in the kit makes it easy to use the oils without any additional educational material.
